Account Creation Instructions
When creating a new OASIS registration, please note that you may create a registration for a single user or multi user account.
**If you have previously established an OASIS account and have a password, please login using your email address and password by clicking here.

Creating a Single User Account
Creating a single user account can be accomplished by registering your email address, name and telephone number. OASIS will ask you to create a password. Please be certain to maintain your password for future reference; however OASIS will allow you to request a new password by clicking here.

Creating a Multi User Account
Entities having multiple employees who will be accessing files within OASIS, may wish to consider establishing a multi-user account. In a multi-user account, a single administrator for the multi-user entity will be able to establish and maintain passwords and login information for all entity participants requiring access to OASIS. One advantage to a multi-user account is that registered participants within the organization will have access to all of the files where the organization is a participant. Thus, if the entity is a five member law firm, each lawyer may be able to view all of the files handled by the law firm, not just those files where an individual attorney is a registered participant in the case.

Registered Users
Once a registered user and case participant, you may accomplish the following tasks online:

1. View case information, documents, and exhibits.
2. Review scheduled events
3. Upload documents to the case
4. Change participant information, including changing a representative’s or employer’s contact information.

If you are not a case participant you may register as a user. You will not be able to view case documents or the online case file; however, you will be able to view calendaring information such as when a hearing is scheduled to occur. The identity of the judge scheduled to hear the case will not be available to anyone who is not a case participant. You will also be able to conduct a search for a case by inputting the name of the employer or inspection number to determine whether the case has been docketed.
